The ColdPICK M1 Mobile Post Harvest Pre-Cooler allows the grower to pre-cool high respiration produce at the harvest site. ColdPICK can be designed to meet your needs to pre-cool from 1,000 lb / hour (M1) to multiple thousand lb / hour by design (M6 thru M12 following) or by employing a ‘Cross Dock’ Cold Chain Material Handling Application that allows several M1 Mobile systems to operate at single or multiple sites.

For products with a “high surface to weight” ratio like leafy salads, spinach, mushrooms, sprouts and flowers, vacuum pre-cooling is perfectly suited. Other (more compact) produce like beans, broccoli, celery and sweetcorn, and perishable products like mushrooms can quickly and efficiently be pre-cooled by using vacuum.
Weber Cooling modular technology provides cooling chambers and solutions from totes, single pallett, and multiple pallett designs. Custom-made solutions can be easily manufactured using Weber’s modular approach!
Highland Harvest Rapid Cooling Refrigeration System is Portable and cools 12 pallets of fruit or vegetables. The System is complete with; stand -alone R -507 DX refrigeration system and an air -cooled condenser. The System is skid mounted and can be placed on a transportable trailer unit.
